Catalina L. Caldwell is originally from Mount Pleasant, Texas. She attended Mississippi State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2017. Ms. Caldwell then moved to Tennessee to attend Vanderbilt Law School. She was an Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and the Vice President of the Federalist Society. Ms. Caldwell also participated in the Criminal Law Society and the Mock Trial Travel Team.
In 2018, Ms. Caldwell worked as a summer clerk for the Honorable Judge John McCalla in the Western District of Tennessee. The following summer, she began working for RDDJ as a law clerk. Ms. Caldwell joined the firm as an attorney upon her admission to the Tennessee Bar.
Ms. Caldwell’s practice will encompass a variety of civil litigation and criminal defense work, including white collar crime, drug offenses, and sexual assault. She is a member of the Federalist Society and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ms. Caldwell and her fiancé John have two dogs, Davy and Dolly.
